When registering for the ISHC 2018 conference, your registration is not final until full payment has been received via credit card or bank transfer. When your fees are paid in full, you are officially registered and welcome to attend the ISHC 2018 conference.
Refund and Return Policy for Online Payment via Credit card

Upon online registration and payment via credit card, you have access to the ISHC 2018 conference. Please note that you have the right to cancel your participation within 7 working days after your online payment without giving any reason and without penalty.
Cancellations and Refunds
Should you be unable to attend the ISHC 2018 conference, a substitute may attend in your place.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
ISHC 2018 shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from or relating to the attending of the conference.
ISHC 2018 will not assume responsibility for medical expenses of conferees and their guests at the conference. All conferees are urged to ensure that they and their guests are covered by their own travel and health insurance policies while traveling to and from and while attending ISHC 2018 .
To encourage open communication, each ISHC 2018 conferee agrees that any information presented at ISHC 2018 , whether in a lecture, poster session, or discussion, is a private communication from the individual making the contribution and is presented with the restriction that such information is not for public use.
Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference lectures.
Each ISHC 2018 conferee acknowledges and agrees to these restrictions when registration is accepted and as a condition of being permitted to attend ISHC 2018 .
If you register on the ISHC 2018 site, your personal information (including your name, job title, university/company’s name, telephone, fax and mobile numbers, postal and email address) is collected by us. We also collect personal information from you when you contact us (by email or otherwise).
All of the personal information described above will be stored in our database, which is only accessible for the ISHC 2018 organization committee. You can notify us after the ISHC 2018 conference to remove your personal data from our database, in which case it will be deleted.
We will only use your personal information in order to contact you (for example by email, mail or telephone) if we have any questions regarding your participation in the ISHC 2018 conference. We might use your personal data to inform you about future ISHC conferences or about future activities of the University of Amsterdam. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can write an email to the ISCH 2018 secretary Moniek.Tromp@ishc21.amsterdam. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from any emails you receive using the link in the email.
Furthermore, your name and affiliation will be used for the participant list in the program and abstract book of the ISHC 2018 conference. If you do not want us to print your name and/or affiliation in the abstract book, please let us know by emailing us at the above address.
